Upon application of the property owner, the City of Ottawa can assist owners in the removal of dead/dying/ dangerous trees located in adjacent public property/berm. If a tree is deemed eligible for removal by the City, the City will engage a contractor to cut and remove the tree, stump, and all limbs/branches from the property in.
